Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrading gives you immediate access to additional credits; downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle. Any unused credits from your current plan remain available until your billing period ends, subject to the rollover policy below.
You can either upgrade to Scale or top up at the PAYG rate (¢30/credit, $50 minimum). We also support an auto-overage mode on Scale: usage above 100% of your plan's credits is automatically billed at your plan's effective rate ($0.231/credit) in $100 blocks, up to a 200% hard cap.
On PAYG, top-ups never expire. On Scale, unused credits roll over for 1 additional month. On Enterprise, rollover is negotiated per contract and can be pooled across workspaces.

Yes. All files are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never use your documents, audio, or video to train our models. Files are processed and can be deleted upon request.
