Pay for What You Use

A page is any single document page processed through TrueTrace. For PDFs, each page in the document counts separately. For images (JPEG, PNG, etc.), each image file counts as one page. Images are limited to 20 MB file size and 75 megapixels maximum resolution (e.g., ~8,600 × 8,600 pixels) to ensure fair usage and optimal processing quality.

Annual billing saves you 10% compared to monthly payments. With annual plans, you pay upfront for 12 months of service and receive your full year's page allocation immediately. Monthly plans are billed each month with pages refreshing at each billing cycle.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to additional pages. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. Any unused pages from your current plan will be available until your billing period ends.

If you exhaust your page allocation, you can either upgrade to a higher tier or purchase additional pages at the Flex rate (¢10/page). You'll never lose access to your previously processed documents or extraction results.

Pages do not roll over between billing periods. Each month (or year for annual plans), your page count resets to your plan's allocation. If you consistently have unused pages, consider a smaller plan. If you frequently need more, upgrading offers better per-page rates.

Yes. All documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never use your documents to train our models. Documents are processed and can be deleted upon request. Enterprise customers can access additional security features including SOC2 compliance and on-premise deployment options.

Every plan includes: visual grounding (bounding boxes showing where data was extracted), confidence scoring for each extracted value, full API access, user-defined extraction fields, and email support. Higher tiers add priority processing, batch uploads, and dedicated support.
